Directions:
Soak the pepper mix in hot water.
Leave it for 10-15 minutes.
Saute some onions and locust beans in 1L bleached palm oil until the onion is translucent.
Add some cooked meat and fry for 10 minutes.
Drain the pepper mix and pour into the hot oil and fry for 10-15 minutes stirring intermittently to prevent it from
burning.
Add stock, seasoning and salt to taste. Add some cray fish and boiled eggs if desired and cook for about 15 minutes.
Enjoy it with rice. Can also be enjoyed with boiled or fried yam, plantain or even spaghetti!
